Marquee Hospitality LLC is a modern, contemporary hotel management company specializing in the Kansas City area and now expanding into the Lawrence, KS and Woodbridge, VA markets. We were first established in 2012, in order to bring multiple entities under one management company.

Principals Mike and Nav Patel bring over 50 years of combined experience in the hotel development and management industry. Both leaders enjoy being actively involved in the hospitality industry and their communities. They thrive on building relationships and creating a positive impact in the industry. Mike and Nav combined have served on over (10+) hotel associations, financial institutions and community organizations designed to make a difference.

Marquee Hospitality prides itself on being part of the day to day events of hotel management and adding a personal approach to our business. This consultative hands-on management style is evident in our product concept, our award winning design/development and quality metrics, and our asset management strategy.

Our company especially values developing strong, long-term relationships with our financial partners and management and development clients. We collaborate to envision and then build a successful long-range strategy that is mutually beneficial for everyone. This collaboration adds tremendous value and helps our financial partners and clients successfully achieve their business goals and performance results.

We are now focusing on expanding Marquee Hospitality’s award winning standard of excellence into additional hotels and markets. We are privileged to partner with reputable brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and  InterContinental Hotels Group and we are excited about the opportunities to expand with these brands.

We are currently building new development projects in the Kansas City, Lawrence, KS, and Woodbridge, VA markets.   We have also gained excellent team members, (now 80+), and valued financial partnerships as well as strong relationships in the hotel industry and our communities.
